What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?
You'll receive an update from the courier with further information about your delivery.
Can I choose a specific day/time for my delivery?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to choose a specific day or time for your delivery. You might be able to delay delivery or update your preferences (safe place or alternative address) through your courier’s in-flight delivery options.
Why has my order taken longer than I expected to be delivered?
Your order may have been delayed due to an unforeseen delivery issue. We will notify you of any expected delays via email.
Can I divert the delivery of my order to a different address?
Your order can be delivered to your work, home, local Clarks store or any address of your choice as long as it's within the UK or Northern Ireland. For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland please visit www.clarks.ie
Why is my order arriving in more than one delivery?
To give you the best product choice, some of the items on our website will be sourced from one of our Clarks stores and your order may arrive in separate parcels.
Why did my delivery charge change to £2.95 after I applied my promo code?
The £2.95 standard delivery charge will still apply if your promo code takes the order value below our free delivery threshold.
