Please allow up to 5 working days for expected delivery of orders and up to 21 days for your refund to be credited back to your bank account. STANDARD DELIVERY
- £1 standard delivery
- Delivery within 5 working days
- Delivery Monday to Saturday, 8am-8pm (excluding bank holidays)
- Hermes will notify you through a combination of SMS, Email and push notifications of your allocated two-hour parcel delivery slot
- Delivery to any address of your choice
- Any address in the UK excluding BFPO, PO BOX
- Safe place delivery – if you’re not home, your parcel will be left in a secure location, with a neighbour or a card left for you to re-arrange delivery
- Delivery charges are not normally refunded.
RETURNS - FREE
You can return your purchase within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Any returns must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging, and you must have your delivery documents as proof of purchase.
We cannot accept items purchased on this website for return at either our Outlet or Full Price stores.
Please note: Returned pairs will take at least 1 week to be delivered back to Clarks.
Please note: We cannot accept any returns back to our Outlet Warehouse that were originally purchased on clarks.co.uk

Choose from one of the following options:
Drop off at a parcel shop
- Go to EVRi Returns to find your local Hermes Print in Store ParcelShop
- Attach your returns label enclosed with your order and take your packaged parcel to your local Hermes parcel shop to drop off
- Hand the parcel over and receive your tracking receipt
Print and drop off at a parcel shop
- Go to EVRi Returns to find your local Hermes Print in Store ParcelShop by ticking the box in the top right corner
- Select Clarks Outlet from the menu on the printer
- Follow the onscreen instructions to print your label. You will need your order number to hand. Attach the label to your parcel
- Take your packaged parcel to the ParcelShop
- Hand the parcel over and receive your tracking receipt
Courier collection
You will need a working printer to complete this process. Please follow the steps below.
- Go to EVRi Returns
- Arrange your collection and print your returns label
- Detach your returns form found at the bottom of your despatch note. Fill in the details and enclose in your parcel
- Attach your printed label - if using the original package, ensure the label covers your address
Please ensure you retain your proof of drop off/collection.
Reprint returns label
You will need a working printer to complete this process. Please follow the steps below.
- Go to EVRi Returns
- Enter your email address and postcode, select the order you wish to return, and your label will be emailed to you to print.
